FAQ
What is the Courageous Challenge? It is 22 minutes of all out effort to knock out as many push-ups as possible.
WHY? The Courageous Challenge is AFM’s #1 FunD Raising Event of the Year to engage the community in a fun activity that raises awareness and support for a vital mission– the eradication of suicide! Together we are building a culture of health in the Veteran and Law Enforcement Community to turn the tide on suicide for all people in Coweta and Fayette County.
Who can participate as a contender? The event is open to all people who don’t mind sweating and knocking out push-ups for a worthy cause. Contenders can participate as an individual or with a team. Teams might be the local gym, a youth group, a sports team, a company. Anything is possible. Teams should be at least five participants.
Are awards given for Challenge participants?
